The Role
We are seeking an exceptional Luxury Content Writer to join our growing marketing team and serve as the editorial voice of Dhiyaa Couture. Working closely with our Social Media and Design teams, you will own all text-based brand communications. Your primary focus will be crafting compelling email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and retention, alongside writing evocative product descriptions, brand narratives, and website copy that articulate our heritage philosophy.
The ideal candidate has a profound understanding of the luxury fashion landscape and possesses the ability to translate the intricate details of traditional Indian textiles and Rajputi craftsmanship into sophisticated, revenue-driving copy.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing Mastery: Strategize, write, and execute highly curated email marketing campaigns and automated customer journeys (welcome flows, abandoned cart, exclusive couture previews) tailored to a high-net-worth clientele.
Brand Storytelling: Craft the overarching narrative for collections, campaigns, and lookbooks, ensuring a consistent tone of "quiet power" and "timeless femininity" across all touchpoints.
E-Commerce Copywriting: Write exquisite, detailed product descriptions that highlight the intricate craftsmanship, textile origins, and heritage value of each heirloom piece.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Social Media team, graphic designers, and founders to ensure all visual assets are paired with seamless, elevated copy.
Editorial & Website Content: Manage and update website copy, blog posts (if applicable), press releases, and bespoke client communications, maintaining the brand’s luxury positioning.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience: 3+ years of professional content writing and copywriting experience, with a mandatory background working in-house or via agency for luxury brands (couture, high-fashion, or heritage labels).
Email Marketing Expertise: Proven track record of writing high-converting email copy and a strong understanding of email marketing platforms, segmentation, and A/B testing.
Subject Matter Authority: A genuine passion for and understanding of traditional Indian textile craftsmanship, heritage fashion, and luxury consumer psychology.
Flawless Execution: Impeccable grammar, editing, and proofreading skills, with an eagle eye for detail.
Tone Matching: The ability to write in a tone that is refined, authoritative, poetic, yet accessible.
