About the Role
We're looking for an Inside Sales Executive to drive enrolments into our International PG Residency Program. You'll work a pipeline of international doctor leads — engaging them over calls, email, and WhatsApp, understanding their goals, positioning the program clearly, handling objections, and closing enrolments.
This is a high-ownership, target-driven role. You'll be speaking directly with practicing doctors and MBBS graduates, so confident, persuasive communication in both English and Hindi is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Own and work assigned leads of international doctors interested in the PG residency program, from first contact to closure
Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries via call, email, and WhatsApp
Clearly pitch the program's value, eligibility, structure, and outcomes to prospective doctors
Handle objections and concerns confidently, and follow up consistently to move leads through the funnel
Convert qualified leads into paid enrolments while maintaining a consultative, doctor-first approach
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of every interaction, follow-up, and deal stage in the CRM
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and conversion goals
Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to relay lead quality feedback and improve conversion
Requirements
Fluent in English and Hindi — mandatory, as the role involves daily communication with international doctors
1+ years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or ed-tech/healthcare sales preferred
Proven ability to hit sales targets and close deals over calls
Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
Comfortable with high call/outreach volumes and a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Familiarity with CRM tools for pipeline and lead management
Bachelor's degree required; exposure to the medical/healthcare education space is a plus
