Role Description The Senior Human Resources Recruiter is a full-time remote role responsible for leading talent acquisition efforts across the organization. This position manages the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for a variety of roles, with an emphasis on logistics, operations, sales, and support functions. The recruiter collaborates closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruiting strategies aligned with business needs. Day-to-day activities include building talent pipelines, leveraging multiple recruiting platforms, coordinating interview processes, and ensuring a positive, inclusive candidate experience. The Senior Human Resources Recruiter also supports employer branding initiatives, maintains accurate recruitment data, and contributes to continuous improvement of HR and hiring processes.
Qualifications
Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for diverse roles and levels.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS tools, and online recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn and job boards.
Ability to build and manage talent pipelines, conduct structured interviews, and apply fair, consistent selection criteria.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and non-discriminatory hiring standards in the United States.
Experience recruiting in logistics, transportation, or related industries is highly beneficial.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple requisitions in a remote work environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment and workplace practices.
