Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter at Shine Logistics. The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions for roles in brokerage, compliance, dispatch, IT, and support functions. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements, posting job ads, maintaining talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. The Recruiter will also support employer branding initiatives, track recruitment metrics, and continuously refine sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-performing talent. This role requires consistent communication across time zones and teams, using digital tools and platforms to support scalable growth in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Qualifications
Talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
Experience with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and professional networking platforms.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple openings, prioritize tasks, and meet hiring timelines in a fast-paced setting.
Familiarity with logistics, transportation, or supply chain roles is preferred.
Experience implementing structured, fair, and inclusive recruitment practices.
Comfort working remotely with distributed teams and using digital collaboration tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Prior experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role is strongly beneficial.
