Role Description The Placement Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The role involves managing the end-to-end placement process, including coordinating with hiring partners, scheduling interviews, and tracking placement outcomes for learners. The Placement Coordinator will maintain regular communication with learners to understand their job goals, guide them on interview preparation, and share relevant job opportunities. The role includes building and nurturing relationships with industry recruiters, organizing placement drives and employer engagement activities, and maintaining accurate placement records and reports. The Placement Coordinator will collaborate closely with the training and mentorship teams to align learner readiness with employer expectations and ensure a smooth transition from training to employment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with learners and employers.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for engagement with stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide responsive support, address learner queries, and ensure a positive placement experience.
Candidates should possess Education-related experience or familiarity with training and career services in the edtech or higher-education space.
Candidates should possess Recruiting skills, including sourcing opportunities, coordinating interviews, and liaising with hiring managers.
Additional beneficial qualifications include strong organizational and time-management abilities, proficiency with spreadsheets/CRM tools, data-driven reporting skills, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
A bachelor’s degree in any discipline, and prior experience in placements, career services, HR, or talent acquisition, is preferred.
