About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Career Coach to help learners become job-ready through practical career guidance, profile building and interview preparation.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct Resume Building & ATS Optimization sessions.
* Conduct LinkedIn Profile Optimization workshops.
* Take 1:1 career coaching sessions with learners.
* Conduct mock interviews and provide actionable feedback.
* Prepare learners for HR, behavioral and role-specific interviews.
* Guide learners on job search, applications and professional networking.
* Help learners improve communication, confidence and overall interview readiness.
* Track learner progress and coordinate with the Placement Team.
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in Career Coaching, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Placement Training or Corporate Training.
* Strong expertise in Resume Building, LinkedIn Optimization & Mock Interviews.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Practical understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
* EdTech / Career Services experience preferred.

Someone who understands what recruiters look for and can practically help learners improve their profile, interview performance and job-readiness.
