Role: US IT Recruiter
Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai - Onsite (Locals preferred)
Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience required.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, interview and submit qualified IT professionals for client requirements.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Coordinate interviews, negotiate compensation, and facilitate offer closures.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technology candidates.
Ensure timely submissions while maintaining quality and compliance.
Collaborate closely with account managers and hiring teams to meet staffing goals.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment.
Proven experience recruiting for and delivering talent to major implementation partners and system integrators.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets across software development, cloud, data, infrastructure, ERP, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
Experience with the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Proficiency in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and other recruitment platforms.
Good understanding of US employment types, visa classifications, and staffing models (W2, C2C, and Full-Time).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment while maintaining quality and turnaround time.
