Role Description
The Assistant Manager – Retail Sales – Kerala will oversee retail sales operations and customer engagement for SevakH’s services in the Kerala region, with primary placement in Kochi. This full-time hybrid role involves managing in-store and field sales activities, while allowing some work-from-home flexibility for planning, reporting, and virtual client interactions. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving sales targets, supporting channel partners, guiding customers through product and service offerings, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves supervising and coaching sales team members, coordinating promotional campaigns, collecting market insights, and preparing regular performance reports. The Assistant Manager will collaborate closely with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and strengthen SevakH’s presence in the Kerala market.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers, partners, and internal teams.
Proven Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with the ability to handle queries, resolve concerns, and build long-term relationships.
Demonstrated Team Management capabilities, including mentoring, performance tracking, and coordinating daily sales activities.
Solid Sales experience in retail or service-oriented environments, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Experience in regional or field sales within Kerala; knowledge of local market dynamics and customer behavior.
Comfort working in a hybrid setup from Kochi, with the ability to manage both on-site and remote responsibilities effectively.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, including basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for reporting and forecasting.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; experience in legal-tech, technology services, or professional services is an advantage.
