Role Description
The Client Relationship Executive is a full-time role responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients using SevakH’s dispute resolution and legal technology services. This is a hybrid position based in Kochi, where team members work both on-site and remotely as business needs require. Day-to-day responsibilities include onboarding new clients, understanding their needs, coordinating service delivery with internal teams and empanelled legal professionals, and ensuring a smooth client experience throughout the engagement. The role involves proactive communication, handling client queries, tracking account activity, and identifying opportunities to deepen relationships or introduce additional services. The Client Relationship Executive also supports business development initiatives, maintains accurate records in CRM tools, and contributes feedback to improve processes, products, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Business Relationship Management and Account Management skills to effectively oversee client engagements and long-term partnerships.
Candidates should possess excellent Client Relations and Relationship Building skills to maintain trust, manage expectations, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a simple, empathetic, and structured manner.
Candidates should possess proficiency with basic CRM or client management tools, and be comfortable working in a technology-driven, digital-first environment.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, law, communications, or a related field are desirable, along with experience in client-facing roles in legal services, technology, or professional services.
Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Kochi, manage multiple accounts simultaneously, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and demonstrate high ethical standards and confidentiality in handling client information.
