Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement continuous improvements in Talent Acquisition strategies, processes, and projects, aligned with business objectives and global TA practices.
* Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment based on business requirements, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
* Partner with Business Leaders and Hiring Managers to understand workforce requirements, drive selection processes, and provide recruitment metrics and insights.
* Develop and drive the Campus Hiring Strategy in partnership with leading educational institutions to build a strong talent pipeline.
* Manage relationships with Workable, LinkedIn, Naukri, social media platforms, recruitment consultants, and other hiring partners to ensure effective sourcing and recruitment delivery.
* Drive data analytics, market mapping, and talent intelligence to identify market trends, understand talent availability, and provide actionable insights.
* Conduct regular recruitment planning meetings with hiring managers and provide timely updates on hiring progress, challenges, and critical positions.
* Lead, mentor, and manage a dynamic recruitment team of 5–6 members, ensuring productivity, capability development, and achievement of hiring targets.
* Promote Internal Job Postings (IJP) and Employee Referral Programs to strengthen internal mobility and talent acquisition.
* Define, monitor, and drive key recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, diversity, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction.
* Leverage technology, automation, and digital recruitment solutions to streamline processes and create a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience.
* Identify opportunities to improve vendor management, sourcing efficiency, recruitment costs, and overall hiring effectiveness.
Requirements & Skills
* 12+ years of overall Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience, with strong exposure to lateral and volume hiring.
* 7+ years of experience in team management and leadership.
* Candidates from a Manufacturing background will be preferred.
* Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle management.
* Proven experience in managing large-scale and diverse hiring mandates.
* Excellent team handling, stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use recruitment data and market insights for decision-making.
* Exposure to recruitment technology, automation, job portals, ATS, and digital sourcing platforms.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
