Role Description The Asst. Manager Cosmetic Production and Packing is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing daily production and packaging operations for cosmetic and personal care products. This role involves supervising production lines, coordinating packing activities, monitoring quality standards, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene protocols. The individual will assist in planning and scheduling batches, managing inventory of raw materials and packaging components, and collaborating with R&D, quality, and logistics teams to meet delivery timelines. The Asst. Manager will train and guide production staff, optimize workflows, reduce wastage, and help implement continuous process improvements. The role also includes handling basic documentation related to production, addressing operational issues, and supporting client requirements for customized manufacturing and packaging.
Qualifications
Strong customer service orientation and ability to address client requirements related to production and packaging.
Demonstrated team leadership skills for supervising production and packing staff and coordinating daily operations.
Experience in sales support or internal coordination, including meeting production targets and supporting order fulfillment.
Solid product knowledge of cosmetic and personal care items, with understanding of ingredients, batches, and packaging standards.
Awareness of retail loss prevention principles, including minimizing product damage, wastage, and inventory discrepancies.
Prior experience in cosmetic, FMCG, or pharmaceutical manufacturing and packing operations is highly desirable.
Knowledge of GMP, ISO, or similar quality and safety standards, and adherence to hygiene and regulatory requirements.
Diploma or degree in Cosmetics, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Strong organizational, documentation, and basic computer skills for managing production records and reports.
Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage shift-based operations if required, and collaborate effectively across departments.
