Role Description The Technical Manager for Real Estate at AGOrganica is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role oversees technical aspects of real estate projects, including facility planning, infrastructure maintenance, and coordination with construction and utilities teams to support manufacturing operations. The Technical Manager ensures that real estate assets meet regulatory, safety, and operational standards, and collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to align facility capabilities with production and R&D needs. Daily responsibilities include supervising technical support activities for buildings and utilities, managing vendor relationships, monitoring project timelines and budgets, and resolving technical issues related to plant infrastructure. The role also involves leading cross-functional teams, reporting on project status, and recommending improvements to optimize space utilization and technical efficiency.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to assess facility performance, interpret technical data, and support decision-making for real estate and infrastructure planning.
Candidates should possess proven Team Management abilities to lead technical staff, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and ensure effective communication among project stakeholders.
Candidates should possess solid Technical Support experience related to building systems, utilities, and facility maintenance within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Candidates should possess Research and Development (R&D) exposure sufficient to understand production and lab facility requirements and translate them into real estate and infrastructure solutions.
Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, execute, monitor, and close real estate and infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
Knowledge of industrial real estate regulations, building codes, safety standards, and environmental compliance requirements.
Experience working in manufacturing, cosmetics, FMCG, or similar sectors, with familiarity in plant layout and utility planning.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work on-site in Noida with a hands-on approach to technical challenges.
