Role Description The Inside Sales Manager will oversee the end-to-end inside sales process, including prospecting, lead qualification, and conversion to paying customers. This full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India involves managing inbound and outbound leads, conducting product demos, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline through CRM tools. The person in this role will collaborate closely with marketing and account management teams to refine messaging, improve customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with potential and existing clients via phone, email, and online meetings, understanding client needs, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms in alignment with company goals. The Inside Sales Manager will also track performance metrics, prepare regular sales reports, and contribute to continuous improvement of the sales process.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.
Candidates should possess Account Management and Customer Satisfaction skills to maintain relationships and support long-term client success.
Candidates should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging with decision-makers.
Candidates should possess proficiency with CRM tools and basic sales analytics for pipeline management and reporting.
Relevant experience in B2B SaaS or technology solutions, preferably in the AEC or design/construction domain, is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
