Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a Meta Ads expert with a dropshipping or D2C background who knows how to find winners and scale them fast.
If you've run dropshipping stores, you already know the game: test products quickly, find the angle that sells, cut what doesn't work, and scale what does. That is exactly the skill set we need. You've done this with real money, and you have the numbers to prove it.
What You'll Do
Test fast: Launch and test products, offers, and creatives quickly, and spot winners early
Scale winners: Grow spend on what works while keeping it profitable
Creative strategy: Find winning hooks and angles, brief creatives, and keep a steady testing pipeline running
Shopify: Improve product pages, offers, and checkout to lift conversion rate and AOV
Tracking: Keep Pixel, Conversions API, and events set up right so the data can be trusted
Profit focus: Track ROAS, CAC, margins, and RTO, and make decisions based on real profit
What You Must Have
2+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience in dropshipping, D2C, or e-commerce
A proven record of scaling at least one store or brand, with real numbers (spend, revenue, ROAS)
Experience managing ₹[X] lakh+ in monthly ad spend
Strong Shopify knowledge, including building and optimizing stores
Good understanding of Meta tracking (Pixel, CAPI, events, attribution)
A sharp eye for creatives. You know why an ad will or won't sell
Understanding of the Indian buyer: COD, RTO, price sensitivity, festive sales
Strongly Preferred
Dropshipping experience, especially running and scaling your own stores
Experience with product research and finding winning products
Worked across multiple categories (kids and baby, beauty, fashion, wellness, home, gadgets)
Launched a product or store on Meta from zero
This Role Is Not For You If
You've only run ads for lead generation or services
You've never scaled a campaign beyond small budgets
You judge success by clicks and CTR instead of profit
