About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Intern who is curious, proactive, and excited to learn how businesses grow through digital marketing, social media, outreach, research, and experimentation.
You will get hands-on exposure to real growth activities rather than only theoretical learning.
Key Responsibilities
Research potential clients, markets, industries, and competitors.
Identify new opportunities for business growth and lead generation.
Assist with social media and content distribution.
Support LinkedIn and other online outreach activities.
Research and build relevant prospect lists.
Assist in testing different growth and marketing strategies.
Track outreach, engagement, and campaign performance.
Analyze what is working and suggest improvements.
Support the marketing team with day-to-day growth experiments.
Maintain organized records and reports of assigned activities.
Requirements
Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
Strong interest in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales, and Business Development.
Good research and communication skills.
Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google, social media, and basic online tools.
Curious mindset with a willingness to experiment.
Ability to work independently and complete tasks on time.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Google Sheets, or similar tools is a plus.
