About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Executive to join our team on a full-time remote basis.
The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, with strong experience in influencer research, outreach, relationship management, campaign planning, negotiations, execution, and performance analysis.
You will be responsible for identifying the right influencers for our campaigns, building long-term creator relationships, coordinating campaigns from start to finish, and ensuring campaigns deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies based on campaign and business objectives.
Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Evaluate influencers based on audience quality, engagement, content quality, niche relevance, reach, and brand fit.
Build and maintain a database of relevant influencers and creators.
Reach out to influencers and manage initial communication and negotiations.
Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines, and campaign terms.
Build strong, long-term relationships with influencers and creators.
Coordinate end-to-end influencer campaigns from planning to execution.
Prepare campaign briefs and communicate deliverables clearly to influencers.
Coordinate content approvals, publishing schedules, and campaign requirements.
Track campaign performance and measure key metrics.
Analyze metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, clicks, leads, conversions, and ROI.
Identify high-performing influencers and opportunities for long-term partnerships.
Monitor influencer and social media trends to identify new opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of influencer communication, commercials, deliverables, and campaign performance.
Prepare regular campaign reports and provide actionable insights for future campaigns.
Requirements
3+ years of professional experience in Influencer Marketing.
Proven experience managing influencer campaigns from discovery to execution.
Strong understanding of influencer selection and audience analysis.
Experience with influencer outreach and relationship management.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to evaluate influencer profiles beyond follower count.
Good understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and creator ecosystems.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Experience managing multiple influencer campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaigns.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable working in a remote, full-time environment.
