Responsibilities:
Develop engaging flows and scripts for YouTube long-form videos and YouTube Shorts.
Create strong hooks, storytelling structures, dialogues, and CTAs.
Write scripts that are engaging, easy to understand, and aligned with the target audience.
Develop creative concepts and fresh content ideas for both long- and short-form content.
Research trending topics, formats, and content styles on YouTube.
Collaborate with the cinematographer, editor, and creative team for smooth execution.
Adapt long-form content into engaging short-form videos wherever required.
