About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented SEO Specialist to lead and execute our organic growth strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving search visibility, driving high-quality organic traffic, increasing user acquisition, and contributing to overall business growth through effective SEO and ASO strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify search opportunities and emerging trends.
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversions.
Oversee content creation and ensure content is informative, engaging, relevant, and SEO-optimized.
Optimize website content, including product pages, category pages, landing pages, and blogs, for targeted keywords and improved user experience.
Develop and execute data-driven link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from relevant websites and publications.
Conduct regular technical SEO audits using tools such as Google Search Console and Screaming Frog.
Identify and resolve issues related to crawling, indexing, broken links, site structure, page performance, and mobile-friendliness.
Monitor and analyze key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversions, and user engagement.
Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO platforms for performance tracking and analysis.
Collaborate with business and product teams to understand business priorities and implement SEO-focused initiatives and platform features.
Work closely with content, product, and other relevant teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across digital platforms.
Develop and execute link-building and off-page SEO initiatives to strengthen domain authority and search visibility.
Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices and adapt strategies accordingly.
Prepare and maintain SEO dashboards and reports using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Requirements & Qualifications
3–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO and Digital Marketing.
Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
Proven track record of implementing SEO strategies and driving organic traffic and ranking growth.
Strong understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Keyword Research, Link Building, and ASO.
Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of Google search algorithms and major algorithm updates.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret SEO data and derive actionable insights.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for SEO reporting and dashboards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
