🚨 WE ARE HIRING – QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER (SHEET METAL)

💼 Position: Quality Assurance Engineer – Sheet Metal
🎓 Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. – Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing
💼 Experience: 2–6 Years
🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1️⃣ Inspection of Sheet Metal Components
Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of sheet-metal components.
Inspect components as per engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Verify dimensions, tolerances, bending angles, hole positions, surface finish, and other critical parameters.
Ensure product quality meets defined specifications and requirements.
2️⃣ Quality Plan & Inspection Report
Prepare and maintain Quality Plans, Inspection Standards, and Inspection Reports.
Define inspection parameters based on engineering drawings and customer requirements.
Maintain proper quality records and inspection documentation.
Ensure compliance with established quality procedures and standards.
3️⃣ NC Resolution & Corrective Action
Identify and document Non-Conformities (NC) during inspection.
Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams for effective NC resolution.
Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Follow up on corrective actions and ensure timely NC closure.
Drive actions to reduce rejection, rework, and recurring quality issues.
🛠️ REQUIRED SKILLS
✅ Good knowledge of Sheet Metal Manufacturing & Fabrication Processes
✅ Strong knowledge of Engineering Drawings, GD&T, Dimensions & Tolerances
✅ Knowledge of Laser Cutting & CNC Bending
✅ Knowledge of Fabrication & Welding Processes
✅ Hands-on knowledge of Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
✅ Quality Planning & Inspection Documentation
✅ RCA, CAPA & NC Resolution
✅ Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
⭐ PREFERRED INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
Candidates with experience in Sheet Metal, CNC Machine Manufacturing, Engineering, Fabrication, or Automobile Industries will be preferred.
