Business Development Executive - Commission Based

We are hiring: Business Development Executive (High-Commission ➔ Full-Time Track)
At Omnispera, we build AI, automation, and digital transformation solutions (CRM, WhatsApp Automation, Dashboards, Custom Tech) for MSMEs, exporters, and institutions.
We are expanding our core sales team and looking for a true deal closer—not just someone logging daily call volume.
The Opportunity
Month 1: Performance-based at 10% direct commission on every closed deal (uncapped earning potential).
High Performers: Seamless transition into a permanent full-time role with a Fixed Salary + 10% Recurring Commission.
What You Will Do
Prospect and pitch high-ticket B2B tech solutions to founders, MDs, and business leaders.
Run outbound campaigns via calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
Diagnose client workflow pain points and map the right Omnispera solution.
Run product demos, negotiate contracts, and own deals from outreach to payment collection.
