Qualifications
Network Operations Center (NOC) experience, including monitoring, incident management, and shift-based operations
Network Administration skills covering configuration, maintenance, and performance optimization
Troubleshooting and Technical Support capabilities for diagnosing and resolving network and system issues
Knowledge of Network Security principles, tools, and best practices
Familiarity with monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and ITIL-based processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and documentation
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, collaborate with diverse teams, and handle 24/7 or shift-based schedules if required
Relevant technical certification (e.g., CCNA, Network+, or equivalent) and a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
