Role Description The Founder's Office Intern will support the founder in day-to-day strategic and operational activities, including coordinating projects, preparing presentations, and conducting market and competitor research. The role involves assisting with client communication, organizing meetings, maintaining documentation, and tracking key deliverables related to ongoing content and media projects. The intern will also help in process improvement, data analysis, and basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the founder’s priorities. This is an internship role with a hybrid work arrangement based in Lucknow, allowing a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. The position offers hands-on exposure to startup operations and digital content services, with opportunities to learn directly from leadership.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Good research and analytical abilities, including comfort working with basic data, reports, and presentations.
Clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal teams and clients.
Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and basic documentation practices.
Interest in digital content, media, or creative industries; familiarity with photoshoots, cinematography, or advertising is a plus.
Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Lucknow, demonstrating reliability, self-motivation, and professionalism.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in business, management, communications, media, or a related field.
Adaptability, willingness to learn quickly, and comfort in a fast-paced startup environment.
