Role Description<

The Marketing and Management Intern role is an internship position conducted in a remote work setting. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting digital marketing campaigns, assisting with social media planning and content scheduling, and helping coordinate photoshoot and video production assignments. The intern will contribute to basic market research, organize project documentation, and assist with communication between internal teams and clients. Additional tasks may involve monitoring campaign performance, preparing simple reports, and helping streamline workflow and administrative processes to support the company’s content projects.
Qualifications
Foundational understanding of marketing principles and interest in digital content, branding, and social media.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities to support multiple projects and remote collaboration.
Good written and verbal communication skills for professional client and team interactions.
Comfort with basic productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, online project platforms).
Self-motivated, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take feedback constructively.
Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Media, Business, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Interest or basic exposure to photography, videography, or creative content production is an added advantage.
