Role Description
The Marketing Intern role is a remote internship position focused on supporting Smart Clicks’ digital content and marketing activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with market research, gathering insights on target audiences, and helping to develop basic marketing strategies for campaigns. The intern will support communication efforts, such as drafting messages for social media, email, and client outreach, and may assist the sales team with lead follow-up and documentation. Additional tasks can include coordinating with internal teams, contributing ideas for promotional content, and providing support in customer service interactions as needed. This internship is designed to offer practical exposure to digital marketing and content services while building core professional skills.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills for clear writing, speaking, and professional interactions.
Ability to conduct Market Research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Foundational knowledge of Sales processes and comfort supporting outreach activities.
Understanding of basic Marketing Strategy concepts and willingness to contribute ideas.
Customer Service orientation with a focus on responsiveness and client satisfaction.
Interest in digital media, content creation, and online marketing platforms.
Ability to work remotely, manage time effectively, and collaborate with virtual teams.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or course in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
