Role Description The Assistant Manager role at Reliance Retail India Limited in Hyderabad is a full-time, on-site position responsible for supporting daily store operations and ensuring smooth functioning of retail activities. The Assistant Manager will oversee staff scheduling, supervise front-end and back-end operations, and help manage inventory, merchandising, and visual presentation in line with company standards. This role includes monitoring sales performance, tracking key metrics, and assisting in implementing promotional activities to drive revenue and customer engagement. The Assistant Manager will address customer queries, escalate issues when required, and maintain high service quality and adherence to company policies. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, supporting training and development of store staff, and ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and audit requirements.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong retail operations and store management skills, including experience with inventory control, merchandising, and basic sales analysis.
