Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Management Information System Analyst role based in Sitamarhi. The MIS Analyst will collect, validate, and analyze business data from various functions to support decision-making and performance monitoring. The role includes designing, maintaining, and optimizing dashboards and MIS reports for leadership and operational teams, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand reporting needs, translate business requirements into system specifications, and recommend improvements to information systems and processes. Daily responsibilities also include troubleshooting data issues, streamlining reporting workflows, and contributing to system enhancements that improve transparency and efficiency across RCPL’s operations.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
Knowledge of Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS), including data structures and reporting frameworks.
Experience in dashboard development and visualization tools, with practical exposure to Systems Analysis for process and system improvements.
Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel), and familiarity with BI/reporting platforms; basic SQL or database experience is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused FMCG environment.
Prior experience in MIS, business analytics, or reporting roles in consumer goods or related industries is preferred.
