Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support the growth of Sipaara by assisting with lead generation, outreach to potential partners, and follow-up communication with prospects. This internship role is remote and involves helping the sales and marketing team with market research, preparing pitch materials, and maintaining contact databases. The intern will contribute to digital marketing initiatives, such as social media support, basic campaign coordination, and tracking engagement metrics. Day-to-day responsibilities may also include providing support for customer inquiries, gathering feedback from users and partners, and helping organize training or demo sessions for clients. This is an internship position designed to provide hands-on experience in sales and marketing within a fast-growing BeautyTech environment.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with internal teams and external partners.
Customer Service abilities to handle inquiries, provide helpful information, and support a positive user experience.
Interest or foundational skills in Sales, including lead generation, prospect outreach, and relationship building.
Ability to support Training activities, such as assisting with demos, onboarding materials, and client education.
Exposure to or interest in Sales Management concepts, such as pipeline tracking and basic reporting.
Interest in beauty, skincare, and technology, with a willingness to learn about AI-powered solutions.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks remotely.
Comfort with digital tools, CRM or spreadsheet software, and online communication platforms.
Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
