About Sipaara
Sipaara is an AI-powered BeautyTech platform focused on personalized beauty intelligence.
We combine AI skin analysis, personalized product recommendations, virtual try-on, beauty discovery and B2B AI APIs to help consumers discover relevant beauty products while enabling brands, retailers and digital platforms to deliver personalized experiences.
Our product is already developed and live. We are now entering the next phase: growth, customer acquisition, B2B partnerships and scale.
🎯 The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial Head of Growth & Co-Founder who can take ownership of Sipaara's growth strategy and help build the company into a global BeautyTech platform.
This is not a conventional Head of Growth job.
We are looking for a co-founder-level individual who brings:
₹1 Crore of strategic investment, along with strong growth expertise, business networks and an entrepreneurial mindset.
The investment will be made into Sipaara's growth and expansion, with equity/co-founder terms to be mutually agreed based on the candidate's investment, experience, network and contribution.

🚀 Key Responsibilities
As Head of Growth & Co-Founder, you will own the growth engine of Sipaara.
Growth Strategy
Develop and execute Sipaara's overall growth strategy
Identify high-potential customer segments and markets
Build scalable acquisition channels
Establish growth KPIs, funnels and reporting
B2B Growth
Acquire beauty brands, retailers, salons, clinics and digital platforms
Build strategic partnerships
Drive adoption of Sipaara's Partner API
Develop B2B revenue opportunities
Consumer Growth
Build acquisition and retention strategies
Develop referral, creator and community-led growth
Experiment with paid and organic channels
Optimize conversion and retention
Brand & Distribution
Establish Sipaara as a recognized AI BeautyTech brand
Build relationships with creators, influencers and industry partners
Develop PR and thought-leadership opportunities
Explore international expansion opportunities
Team Building
Build and lead the growth, marketing and business development team
Establish processes, targets and performance metrics
Create a culture of experimentation and execution
Co-Founder Responsibilities
Participate in strategic company decisions
Work directly with the founder on company vision and execution
Participate in future fundraising and investor discussions
Help build the company's leadership team
Take ownership of growth and revenue outcomes
👤 Who We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
An entrepreneur, growth leader, founder or senior business executive
Experienced in startup growth, consumer technology, D2C, SaaS, AI, BeautyTech or e-commerce
Strong in customer acquisition and business development
Comfortable building from 0 → 1 and 1 → 10
Highly networked within the beauty, retail, technology or investment ecosystem
Comfortable speaking with investors, founders and senior executives
Data-driven but highly execution-oriented
Willing to take significant ownership and responsibility
