Financial Analyst

About the Role
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to manage financial reporting, analysis, cash flow, working capital, and business performance across our retail, e-commerce, marketplace, and quick-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare weekly/monthly cash-flow forecasts and identify funding requirements.
Manage working capital across inventory, receivables, payables, and vendor payments.
Prepare monthly MIS covering revenue, margins, EBITDA, channel performance, and budget variances.
Maintain budgets, financial models, forecasts, and business reports.
Own marketplace, quick-commerce, and bank reconciliations and support month-end closure.
Analyse inventory, purchase costs, ageing, and improve inventory and purchase controls.
Prepare store-level and channel-wise profitability reports.
Support audits, statutory compliance, due diligence, board reporting, and lender requirements.
Identify financial leakages and provide actionable insights to management.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Business Finance, or MIS.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial modelling.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, MIS, and reconciliations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in retail, FMCG, D2C, e-commerce, or quick-commerce is preferred.
CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com is an advantage.
