Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and ambitious Digital & Social Media Marketing Intern to join our growth engine. In this role, you will be responsible for driving online visibility, organic traffic, performance marketing campaigns, and brand engagement across social platforms. If you understand how to rank on Google search, write engaging blogs, run ROI-driven ad campaigns, and create viral social media strategies, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Web Growth
Implement On-Page and Off-Page SEO strategies to rank LuxeVenue.ai on Google top search results.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search query mapping for luxury venue discovery and corporate MICE key terms.
Write, edit, and publish SEO-optimized blogs, articles, and landing page content.
2. Social Media Management & Content Strategy
Manage day-to-day posting across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Perform hashtag research and strategic tag mapping to increase organic reach, engagement, and brand impressions.
Assist in writing catchy social media captions, carousel copy, and video scripts for reels/shorts.
3. Paid Ads & Performance Marketing
Help set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads (Search & Display) and Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook Lead Ads).
Monitor ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS) and implement continuous A/B testing for creative copy and targeting.
4. Brand Communications & Reporting
Monitor digital marketing trends, luxury hospitality market movements, and viral content formats.
Track analytics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights to present weekly growth reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, keyword planning, and search ranking algorithms.
Hands-on knowledge or strong theoretical understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Excellent content writing, blog drafting, and copywriting skills in English.
Proficiency in social media growth techniques (Hashtag strategy, post timing, reel engagement).
Familiarity with tools like Canva, ChatGPT, Google Analytics, Ahrefs/Semrush (Plus point).
Highly self-motivated, eager to learn fast, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
