Role Overview
Is role me aap LuxeVenue ke core backend architecture, LangGraph-based AI agents, payment/webhooks integrations, aur cloud deployment pipeline ke owner honge. Hum ek fast-moving startup hain, isliye hume ek aisa engineer chahiye jiska execution speed, problem-solving mindset, aur learning curve extremely fast ho.
Key Responsibilities
Backend Engineering & System Architecture: Clean, scalable, aur robust backend services (Python / FastAPI / Node.js) design aur build karna.
AI Agent Workflows (LangGraph / LangChain): Multi-agent LLM systems, custom memory states, aur complex LangGraph workflows develop karna for automated AI Concierge (Vespera AI).
End-to-End API Integrations: Third-party APIs (Payment Gateways like Razorpay/Cashfree, WhatsApp Business API, CRM tools, Insurance & Escrow Webhooks) ko flawlessly integrate aur synchronize karna.
Deployment & DevOps Infrastructure: Production-grade deployments setup karna using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, CI/CD pipelines, aur serverless architecture.
Cost & Token Optimization: LLM API usage, vector database queries, aur cloud compute overheads ko monitor, benchmark, aur optimize karke infrastructure cost control me rakhna.
High Performance & Reliability: Low-latency API endpoints build karna aur real-time data sync ensure karna (Websockets, Redis caching, Async queues).
Key Requirements & Skills
Core Backend Expertise: Strong experience in Python (FastAPI/Django) or Node.js/TypeScript with clean architecture principles.
AI & LLM Orchestration: Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic Claude, Vector Databases (Pinecone/ChromaDB/PgVector).
Database Management: Proficiency in PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Redis caching.
API & Webhook Mastery: Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Webhooks, Security Protocols (OAuth, JWT), and Payment Gateway integrations.
DevOps & Deployment: Experience with AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, ECS), Docker, CI/CD tools, and Nginx.
Cost Management Mindset: Capability to optimize LLM prompt tokens, caching strategies, and server sizing to minimize operational costs.
Agile & Fast Execution: Proactive mindset, high ownership, self-starter, and the ability to build and deploy features at high speed.
Nice to Have
Prior startup experience in building B2B/B2C SaaS platforms or high-traffic fintech/marketplace ecosystems.
Familiarity with WhatsApp Automation frameworks and Real-time WebSockets communication.
