Role Description The Open Stack Developer will work on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and services that power Ecobillz’s digitization platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code, integrating front-end and back-end components, optimizing application performance, and ensuring security and reliability across the stack. The role involves collaborating with product managers, QA engineers, and other developers to implement new features, resolve issues, and continuously improve the platform’s architecture. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru, requiring regular coordination with cross-functional teams and active participation in code reviews and technical discussions.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in full-stack web development, including front-end frameworks (such as React, Angular, or Vue) and back-end technologies (such as Node.js, Python, or Java).
Experience working with databases and data storage solutions (such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), and familiarity with designing efficient schemas and queries.
Knowledge of cloud platforms and deployment environments (such as OpenStack, AWS, Azure, or similar), including containerization and CI/CD practices.
Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and integration with third-party services.
Competence in version control tools (such as Git), collaborative development workflows, and code review practices.
Ability to write secure, maintainable code and apply best practices in performance optimization and application scalability.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in a production environment.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to work in diverse, cross-functional teams on-site.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in SaaS platforms or hospitality-industry solutions is an advantage.
