Role Description The Management Trainee will support day-to-day school operations, including coordinating academic schedules, assisting with admissions processes, and helping manage student and parent communication. This role involves working closely with senior administrators to learn and implement school policies, support event planning and execution, and assist in data collection and reporting related to student performance and operational efficiency. The trainee will also help monitor classroom and campus activities for smooth functioning, collaborate with teaching and non-teaching staff, and contribute to initiatives that improve the overall learner and parent experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based at the Palagully branch in South Mumbai, with structured mentoring and training to prepare the trainee for future leadership responsibilities within the school.
Qualifications
Strong organizational, time management, and basic project coordination skills.
Effective communication abilities, including clear spoken and written English, and professional interaction with students, families, and staff.
Comfort with basic computer applications (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, school management software) and willingness to learn new digital tools.
Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to follow processes while suggesting improvements when appropriate.
Ability to work on-site in South Mumbai, collaborate in a team-oriented environment, and maintain a professional and learner-centered approach.
Bachelor’s degree in education, management, administration, or a related field preferred; fresh graduates or early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
