Senior AI Trainer - Robotics Video Annotation & AI Data Labeling | $50-90/hr

Hirely is recruiting Senior AI Trainers on behalf of a hiring partner for a project focused on improving AI systems through expert-level video annotation and data labeling.
You'll review video footage of robotic systems, identify important actions and outcomes, apply detailed annotation guidelines, and create precise timestamps that help train and evaluate next-generation AI models.
What You'll Do
Review video footage of robotic arms performing assigned tasks
Identify key actions, transitions, and outcomes within each video
Apply detailed grading and annotation guidelines consistently
Mark precise start and end timestamps for important events
Perform frame-accurate segmentation of video sessions
Verify timestamp accuracy and correct annotation drift or inconsistencies
Use video annotation platforms to create and submit structured datasets
Identify ambiguous or unclear events and apply project guidelines appropriately
Collaborate with project trainers and contributors to resolve annotation questions
Participate in quality reviews and incorporate feedback
Maintain consistent and accurate annotation standards across assigned tasks
Meet project requirements and deadlines while working independently
Who We're Looking For
Exceptional attention to detail when reviewing and labeling visual data
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent time management and self-organization
Ability to follow detailed annotation guidelines consistently
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Experience with video annotation, data labeling, or similar projects is a plus
Familiarity with video annotation and timeline-based tools is a plus
Experience with frame-level or timecode-based annotation is a plus
Background in AI training, machine learning data preparation, computer vision, or robotics is strongly preferred
Compensation & Terms
$50-90/hour, independent contractor
