Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jodhpur for a Performance Marketing Manager – Meta & Google Ads. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing performance campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility. The individual will be responsible for end-to-end campaign management, including audience research, keyword planning, ad copy creation, creatives coordination, bid and budget management, and ongoing performance analysis. Daily tasks include monitoring campaign metrics, running A/B tests, refining targeting, optimizing funnels and landing pages, and collaborating with content, design, and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. The role also includes preparing performance reports, forecasting, and contributing to broader digital strategy, ensuring campaigns comply with platform policies and reflect the brand’s Ayurvedic positioning.
Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with performance marketing on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads, including search, display, and remarketing campaigns.
Proficiency in analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager reporting, and basic understanding of attribution models and conversion tracking.
Skills in campaign strategy and optimization, including audience segmentation, keyword research, bid and budget management, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
Ability to develop and refine ad creatives and messaging in collaboration with design and content teams, with a focus on clear CTAs and brand-aligned communication.
Experience in e-commerce or D2C performance marketing, preferably in wellness, FMCG, or healthcare sectors, with a track record of meeting ROI, ROAS, and CPL/CPA targets.
