Role Description The Manager – Amazon & Marketplace Ads is a full-time remote role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across Amazon and other e-commerce marketplaces. The role involves managing ad budgets, monitoring performance metrics, and refining campaigns to drive sales, visibility, and return on ad spend. This position includes coordinating with internal marketing, sales, and product teams to develop promotional strategies, optimize product listings, and align advertising efforts with brand objectives. The manager will oversee marketplace analytics, competitor benchmarking, and reporting, while identifying new opportunities for growth and improving customer acquisition and retention through targeted ads.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to interpret marketplace data, track campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights and recommendations clearly.
Marketing skills, including digital advertising and marketplace marketing, to plan and manage performance-driven campaigns.
Sales-oriented mindset to align ads with revenue goals, optimize conversion rates, and support overall sales strategies.
Project management skills to handle multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders in a structured and efficient manner.
Experience managing Amazon Ads and other marketplace advertising tools; familiarity with e-commerce platforms and dashboards.
Knowledge of A/B testing, keyword optimization, and listing enhancement best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in FMCG, wellness, or Ayurvedic products is an advantage.
