Creative & Set Design Intern

Company Description Over the next few months, we'll be launching and scaling CreatorPal, an AI-powered platform helping creators build interactive businesses, alongside growing PeakPals.I'm looking for one person to work directly with me.Not to assist me, but to help build the company from day one.
Role Description The Creative & Set Design Intern role is an on-site internship based in Noida. The intern will assist in conceptualizing and designing sets for photo and video shoots, including layout planning, props selection, and visual themes that align with the CreatorPal brand. Daily tasks include collaborating with content, branding, and marketing teams to develop creative concepts, preparing mood boards, and supporting the execution of shoots and events. The intern will help source materials, organize set elements, and ensure all designs are practical, visually appealing, and consistent across platforms. This role offers hands-on experience in creative production and set design within a fast-growing health and lifestyle community.
Responsibilities
• Conceptualize and design sets, backdrops, props, and visual elements for photo, video, and social media shoots
• Develop mood boards, visual references, layouts, and creative directions aligned with the CreatorPal
• Collaborate with the content, branding, and marketing teams to translate ideas into shoot-ready setups
• Research and source props, materials, furniture, textures, and other set elements within practical budgets
• Help with set styling, setup, and breakdown during shoots and events
• Experiment with new visual concepts, compositions, and styling approaches to keep content fresh
• Ensure every set is visually cohesive, functional, camera-friendly, and consistent across platforms
• Manage and organize props, materials, and set elements so they are easy to reuse and maintain
• Contribute creative ideas for improving the overall visual language and content quality of CreatorPal.

Qualifications
Strong Creativity Skills and ability to contribute original visual ideas for sets and content.
Effective Communication skills to collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams.
Understanding of Creative Strategy and Branding to maintain consistent visual identity.
Basic Writing skills to support captions, mood boards, and design documentation.
Interest or coursework in design, fine arts, media, or related fields.
Ability to work on-site in Noida and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop or similar) is an advantage.
Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a portfolio or samples of creative work preferred.
