About the Role
We're looking for a high-ownership Marketing & Growth Intern to work directly with the founder across BePeak and PeakPals' other ventures.
Your primary focus will be growing BePeak through ICP research, partnerships, tie-ups, outbound and new customer acquisition channels.
You'll get direct exposure to how consumer businesses are built and scaled, while working on real growth problems across wellness, fashion, creator economy, real estate and other ventures.
This is an opportunity to work closely with a founder, take ownership of meaningful projects and build experience across multiple areas of growth rather than being restricted to one narrow function.
Qualifications
Strong interest in marketing, growth, partnerships and consumer businesses
Excellent research, communication and analytical skills
High ownership, speed of execution and ability to work independently
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify BePeak's ICP, customer segments and high-potential acquisition opportunities
Research and build partnerships with gyms, corporates, colleges, communities, creators and other relevant organisations
Build prospect databases, conduct outbound outreach, manage follow-ups and develop the partnership pipeline
Research and test new growth channels, campaigns and acquisition strategies
Work on growth and marketing projects across PeakPals and its other ventures whenever required
