Role Description This is an on-site internship role located in the Greater Delhi Area, working closely with the founding team in the Founder's Office focused on subsidies and fund raising. The intern will support research and identification of relevant government schemes, grants, and private funding opportunities aligned with PeakPals’ mission and growth plans. Daily tasks include preparing pitch decks and financial summaries, coordinating data and metrics to support funding discussions, and assisting in drafting proposals and applications. The role also involves maintaining investor and partner databases, scheduling meetings, documenting outcomes, and supporting follow-up communication. Interns will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operations, collect impact data, and translate it into clear narratives for stakeholders and potential funders.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to identify and evaluate subsidy, grant, and funding opportunities.
Proficiency in business writing and presentation creation, with the ability to develop clear pitch decks, proposals, and reports.
Basic financial and data literacy, including comfort with spreadsheets, metrics tracking, and simple financial modeling.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
High level of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.
Interest in health, fitness, and impact-driven businesses, especially those focused on Gen Z and animal welfare.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, economics, finance, public policy, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Prior experience or internships in startups, fundraising, consulting, or impact organizations are a plus but not mandatory.
