HR Generalist – Night Shift | Pune

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with 3–5 years of experience to join our team in an onsite night-shift role at Giga Space IT Park, Viman Nagar, Pune.
Candidates who can independently commute to the office are preferred.

Role: HR Generalist

Location: Giga Space IT Park, Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra
Work Mode: Onsite
Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST, Monday to Friday
Joining: Immediate / ASAP joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities:
The candidate should have hands-on experience in:
Employee Onboarding & HR Induction.
Employee Engagement.
Employee Relations.
Grievance Handling & Resolution.
Attendance & Leave Management.
Payroll Management & Coordination.
HR Policies & Implementation.
Statutory & HR Compliance.
Employee Documentation & HR Records.
Exit Formalities & Full & Final Coordination.
Day-to-day HR Operations.
Candidate Profile:
3–5 years of experience in HR Generalist.
Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong employee-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working independently in a night-shift environment.
Candidates must have their own mode of transportation to commute to the office.
Only candidates currently based in Pune should apply.
Preference will be given to candidates who are currently located near Viman Nagar or are willing to relocate closer to Viman Nagar.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area.
3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
