Business Development Specialist (US Market Only)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Professional to drive new business opportunities in the US Market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, cold calling, email campaigns, appointment setting.
Required Skills:
Minimum 2–4 years of successful cold calling / inside sales / lead generation experience targeting the U.S. market is mandatory.
Proven experience selling services or products directly to small businesses in the United States.
Prior sales experience in one or more of the following is required:
Bookkeeping/Accounting, Payroll, Tax Services, Corporate/Medical Insurance, Website Development, Web Hosting, IT Products or similar B2B services.
Experience selling Bookkeeping, Accounting, Payroll or Taxation services is strongly preferred.
Strong spoken English with the ability to communicate naturally, confidently, and professionally with U.S. business owners.
Demonstrated ability in cold calling, lead qualification, consultative selling, objection handling, appointment setting, and follow-up.
Working experience with Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with measurable daily and monthly KPIs.
Self-motivated, persistent, organized, and comfortable handling rejection while maintaining a professional approach.
Working Hours: 6:30 PM IST – 3: 30 AM IST (Mon – Fri)
Work Model: 5 days Onsite
Work Location: Giga space, Viman Nagar, Pune
