Human Resource Recruiter

If you can spot the right candidate before everyone else does, we’d like to meet you.
We are looking for an HR Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience who can independently manage recruitment for multiple roles and understands how to identify the right candidate beyond just matching keywords on a CV.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidate profiles.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and other hiring platforms.
Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Evaluate candidates based on experience, skills, communication, stability and role fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure smooth candidate movement through the hiring process.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining quality of hiring.
Negotiate and close candidates within the approved salary range.
Maintain accurate recruitment data, interview feedback and hiring records.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand changing recruitment requirements.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of relevant recruitment experience.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and candidate screening.
Ability to understand different job profiles quickly.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to identify relevant candidates rather than focusing only on keywords.
Comfortable working with multiple vacancies and deadlines.
Proactive, organized and result-oriented approach.
