Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships throughout the real estate buying journey. In this role, the Relationship Manager will guide prospective buyers through property options on the Blox.xyz platform, provide clear and timely information, and support them in making informed purchase decisions. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, conducting needs assessments, coordinating site visits or virtual tours, and liaising with developers, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transaction experience. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, tracking deal progress, and proactively resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. The Relationship Manager will work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to provide feedback from customers and help improve processes and offerings.

Candidates should possess comfort with technology and digital platforms, including using CRM tools, online communication channels, and data-driven insights to support customers.
Relevant experience in real estate, financial services, or other customer-focused sales or advisory roles is beneficial, especially in the Mumbai market.
A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
