Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding and exits, and supporting payroll and benefits processes in collaboration with relevant teams. The role involves implementing and updating HR policies, supporting performance management cycles, and promoting a positive, inclusive work culture aligned with ToqNoq’s values of trust and transparency. The Human Resources Executive will handle employee relations matters, respond to HR-related queries, assist in resolving concerns, and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and company standards. The role also includes supporting recruitment activities, coordinating interviews, assisting in talent acquisition initiatives, and contributing to HR projects that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience overseeing core HR functions and supporting organizational goals.
Hands-on expertise in HR Operations, including employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance, with the ability to implement, interpret, and update policies in line with legal and organizational requirements.
Experience in Employee Relations, including handling queries, supporting conflict resolution, and fostering a respectful and transparent work environment.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, technology-driven setting, with strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Familiarity with HR software or HRIS tools and proficiency in standard office productivity applications.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
Demonstrated integrity, discretion with confidential information, and a commitment to quality, professionalism, and long-term collaboration.
