Role Description The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that processes, teams, and resources are aligned with ToqNoq’s quality-first and client-centric values. This full-time remote role includes responsibility for operational strategy, performance management, and cross-functional coordination to support sustainable growth and global delivery. The COO will collaborate with the leadership team on business planning, financial management, and budgeting, and will implement systems that improve efficiency, transparency, and accountability. Key responsibilities include optimizing workflows, monitoring key metrics, managing risk, supporting talent development, and fostering a culture of trust, communication, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Strong Business Planning skills, including strategic planning, goal setting, and execution management.
Proven Operations Management experience, with the ability to design, optimize, and scale processes across distributed teams.
Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting data, tracking performance, and making evidence-based decisions.
Solid understanding of Finance and Budgeting, including cost control, forecasting, and resource allocation.
Demonstrated leadership experience in a technology or digital solutions environment, preferably with global or international clients.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills in multicultural, remote settings.
Ability to drive change, manage complexity, and align teams around quality, transparency, and long-term client relationships.
Master’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field; relevant executive or operations certifications are an advantage.
