Operating at the intersection of businesses, investors, and capital markets, the firm focuses on emerging companies in India’s primary market ecosystem, particularly SME IPOs, mainboard IPOs, and pre-IPO opportunities. It designs institutional-grade investment structures and develops regulated investment platforms, including Category I-II Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), to provide investors with curated opportunities. By combining disciplined opportunity sourcing, robust structuring frameworks, and strategic collaborations, GreenFlow Ventures aims to build a scalable alternative investment platform that supports business growth while creating long-term value for investors.
Role Description This internship role is based in the Greater Delhi Area with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. The intern will support research on emerging companies, capital markets, and investment opportunities, including SME and mainboard IPOs and alternative investment structures. Day-to-day tasks may include data collection and analysis, preparing summaries and presentations, assisting in documentation and reporting for investment platforms, and supporting internal projects related to opportunity sourcing and market mapping. The intern will collaborate with team members across investment, structuring, and operations functions, gaining exposure to how institutional investment structures are designed and implemented in India’s alternative investment ecosystem.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and research abilities, with comfort working with financial and market data.
Interest in capital markets, investment banking, private equity, or alternative investments.
Proficiency in basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and ability to organize information clearly.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment and manage time across multiple tasks.
Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field is preferred.
Exposure to Indian capital markets, SME ecosystems, or IPO processes is an advantage but not mandatory.
