Sales Specialist – Influencer Marketing

Role Description The Client Acquisition Manager – Influencer Marketing is a full-time hybrid role based in Delhi, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, particularly brands seeking influencer marketing and user acquisition solutions, and managing the full business development cycle from prospecting to contract closure. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential clients, preparing and delivering tailored pitches, collaborating with internal teams to design influencer and performance marketing proposals, and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers. The role also involves monitoring campaign performance, providing client feedback to internal teams, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention through clear communication and timely follow-up. The Client Acquisition Manager will work closely with regional and global colleagues to align client strategies with MOCA’s broader media, branding, and programmatic offerings.
Qualifications
Proven experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development, preferably in influencer marketing, digital advertising, or user acquisition.
Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, social media platforms, and performance-driven digital marketing strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities to engage and convert prospective clients.
Ability to analyze campaign data, client KPIs, and market trends to inform proposals and growth strategies.
Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with strong time-management, organization, and self-motivation skills.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams across different countries and time zones.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant industry certifications are an advantage.
Prior experience working with brands in Asia, Latin America, or North Africa, and familiarity with multicultural business contexts is a plus.
