Timing: Monday - Friday - 8 PM to 5 AM IST

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter with 6 months – 2 years of experience in USA Non-IT and Legal Recruitment to join our growing recruitment team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, qualifying, and coordinating candidates for U.S.-based clients. Experience recruiting attorneys, paralegals, legal professionals, and other non-IT positions will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Review resumes and assess candidates against job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification calls.
Recruit for USA Non-IT and Legal positions.
Understand client job descriptions and identify the key skills, experience, and qualifications required.
Conduct candidate outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Track candidate submissions, interviews, feedback, and hiring status.
Maintain accurate and updated candidate information in the ATS/database.
Meet individual and team recruitment targets.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
Work closely with Account Managers and the recruitment team to understand client needs and hiring priorities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
6 Months – 2 Years of experience in USA Non-IT Recruitment and/or Legal Recruitment.
Strong understanding of the U.S. recruitment process.
Experience with candidate sourcing and screening.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and evaluate resumes effectively.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of LinkedIn and other online sourcing platforms.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
