Hirely is sharing an opportunity with one hiring partners for Illustrators, Sketchers, Cartoonists, Digital Artists, and Concept Artists to contribute to an AI training project.
You'll create high-quality digital artwork from reference images, develop creative variations, and maintain character identity and visual consistency across different styles.
What You'll Do
Create digital character illustrations and sketches from provided reference images
Produce creative variations while maintaining character identity
Maintain visual consistency across multiple artwork variations
Apply composition, color, lighting, perspective, and proportion principles
Adapt artwork across different visual themes and creative styles
Create character designs, illustrations, sketches, and concept artwork
Document creative decisions, style choices, and basic prompt metadata
Incorporate feedback and manage revisions
Deliver polished, high-quality artwork within assigned timelines
Who We're Looking For
Experience in illustration, sketching, cartooning, concept art, digital art, or a related field
Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and attention to detail
Experience with character design or stylized illustration
Familiarity with styles such as: Surreal, Cinematic, Vintage, Retro, Steampunk, Glitch art
Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Procreate, Clip Studio Paint, Affinity Suite, or similar tools
Strong understanding of visual composition and artistic fundamentals
Ability to work independently and manage revisions
Ability to consistently meet project timelines
Compensation & Terms
Estimated earning potential of approximately $7.50/hour based on the current task mix
Fully remote
Up to 40 hours/week
Part-time contributors working up to 20 hours/week are also welcome
