Hirely is recruiting on behalf of a hiring partner, a highly qualified bilingual mental health professionals for a specialized AI training and evaluation project.
You’ll apply your expertise in psychology or psychiatry to evaluate AI-generated psychological content, develop case-based datasets, identify inaccuracies and biases, and help improve AI responses across clinical, research, and therapeutic contexts. No prior AI experience is required.
What You'll Do
Evaluate AI-generated psychological content for accuracy, relevance, and ethical standards
Review and develop psychological case studies, assessments, and conversations
Provide detailed written and verbal feedback on AI-generated responses
Evaluate clinical scenarios, research vignettes, and therapeutic dialogues
Identify psychological inaccuracies, biases, and potential safety concerns
Recommend evidence-based improvements to AI outputs
Apply psychological concepts and frameworks to AI training projects
Assess cultural and linguistic appropriateness across diverse scenarios
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Contribute to documentation and knowledge-sharing resources
Apply strong ethical judgment when evaluating sensitive mental health content
Who We're Looking For
Completed PhD in Psychology OR MD with completed psychiatry residency
Native proficiency in at least one of:
Urdu
Marathi
Bengali
Advanced English communication skills
Experience in clinical practice, psychological research, or higher education
Strong understanding of psychological assessment and clinical concepts
Excellent analytical and evaluative skills
Ability to communicate complex psychological concepts clearly
Strong cultural sensitivity and ethical judgment
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience with interdisciplinary or technology-driven projects is a plus
AI evaluation or data annotation experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Terms
$100-$200/hour
Remote contractor opportunity

Important Requirement: Applicants must meet the advanced academic/clinical qualification and bilingual language requirements. For India-based applicants, relevant language backgrounds include Marathi, Bengali, and Urdu, provided the candidate also meets the required psychology/psychiatry credentials and advanced English requirement.
